Partners who reach 10 or more qualified active dealership locations move to 30% on all their recurring commissions — prospective only, from the effective date forward:
- Monthly Service Monitoring Retainer: $499/mo → $149.70/mo
- Monthly Monitoring Retainer: $749/mo → $224.70/mo
What counts as a qualified active dealership location: a distinct paying dealership location that (a) holds a paid eligible BDCTracker monitoring subscription, (b) has completed two successful billing periods, (c) has no overdue balance, (d) has no active refund or chargeback hold, and (e) has been active within the last 35 days. Qualified locations are re-evaluated monthly; a dealership buying both sales and service monitoring counts once toward the tier.
Payout mechanics
- Monthly payouts, accrue-only: commissions accrue as your referred customers pay.
- $50 minimum payout threshold; smaller balances roll over to the next cycle.
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the associated commission — proportionally and cumulatively, so reversals never exceed what the order earned.
- Rates lock at commission creation — future rate changes apply only to new commissions, never retroactively.

- How long does the referral cookie last?
- 30 days from the click.
- When are commissions paid?
- Monthly, once the payout rail is live and your balance meets the $50 minimum. Until then commissions accrue.
- What if a dealer cancels or is refunded?
- The associated commission is reversed proportionally. If a payout was already issued, the reversal is offset against future payouts.
- Can I refer my own business?
- No — self-referrals are prohibited. See the program terms.
